Windsurfing: Felixstowe Fludyers
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength:
Surf / Sea State: chop and rollers
Air Temperature: 16
Sea Temperature: 13.1
Weather: sun n cloud
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Down after work to find Paul, Strawberry and Daz staring at a big wind shadow at Dip. Al and I headed for Fludyers where x-shore and others followed with 7 out on 4-4.5m. Haven't sailed in that much wind for ages.
Sea short chop on way out but nice coming in. Wind up and down, and reckon some gusts hit 40 knots, with few lulls enough to fall off plane but not sink. Planing most of time and started to get some gybes in getting more as got used to wind. Enjoyed session and would have been better if constant. AS packing up could see wind shadow off even Fludyers. BTW the low-tide rocks are still there.
